Cream Cheese Cookies

Ingredients
1 stick(8 TBSP) unsalted butter, softened to room temp.
3 oz cream cheese, softened to room temp. (about 1/3 of a block of cream cheese)
1 cup sugar
1 cup AP flour
1/2 tsp salt

Directions
1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, cream together the butter, cream cheese, and sugar until light and fluffy.

2. With a spoon, gently mix in the flour and salt until just incorporated.

3. Using a small spoon (I like to use a tablespoon), scoop pieces of the batter and drop them on to a cookie sheet. No need to push them down, they'll spread into a cookie shape on their own! Be sure to leave about and inch between each scoop, so the cookies don't spread and cook into each other.

4. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges of the cookies are just starting to turn brown. Let them cool, and munch away!
