2 15oz cans sweet corn
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 block(8oz) cream cheese
1 red pepper, de-stemmed, de-seeded, and finely chopped
1 packet taco seasoning
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine everything in a bowl. Pour into an 8x8 baking dish.
2. Bake for 10 minutes, stir. Bake for 10 more minutes, or until bubbly. Serve!
