To soften butter, put the butter in a bowl and microwave about 10-15 seconds (its ok if it melts).

2 cups Rice Krispies cereal
2/3 cups powdered sugar
2/3 cups peanut butter (chunky or smooth, your choice)
1/2 stick of softened unsalted butter (make sure it's unsalted!)
Almond bark

Directions:

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine cereal, powdered sugar, peanut butter and softened butter until well mixed.

2. Melt about half the almond bark in microwave.

3. Taking about a tablespoon of peanut butter mix, shape it into a 1 inch ball.

4. Place the ball in the almond bark and gently coat (i used a spoon to roll it around). Place on foil.

5. Repeat with the rest of the peanut butter mix and almond bark!

Give the almond bark some time to dry and your delicious chocolate peanut butter balls are done!
