Ingredients
1 8oz block of cream cheese
1 TBSP garlic powder
1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese
1 6oz package of pepperonis
8- 10 oz cherry tomatoes
1 TBSP olive oil
Directions
1. Put the cream cheese, garlic powder, mozzarella, and sharp cheddar cheese in a crock pot set on high. If you want, you can stir them together, but it's not necessary for this step.
2. In a food processor, finely chop the pepperonis. Add them to the crock pot.
3. Allow the olive oil to heat up in a skillet, add the cherry tomatoes and sautee until they are wilted and soft. Turn off the heat and let cool for a minute or two.
4. Food process the tomatoes, plus any olive oil left in the pan. Add to the crock pot and stir until everything is mixed up as well as it can be. Put the lid back on the crock pot. Stir the dip occasionally until hot and bubbly, about 40 minutes to an hour. Serve with chips, crackers, or crispy veggies!
I could easily finish the whole bowl! The dip looks very delicious, Sammi.
