Irish Soda Bread

Ingredients
3 1/2 cups AP flour
1 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups buttermilk
2 Tbsp caraway seeds

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

2. Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl. Slowly mix in buttermilk. It will form into moist clumps.

3. Gather dough into a ball and knead on a lightly floured surface until it holds together(it doesn't take long at all).

4. Lightly flour a baking sheet. Form dough into a round and place on baking sheet.

5. Using a sharp knife, cut an X on top of the dough, from edge to edge.

6. Bake 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.

Serve with butter!
