Spinach Dip

Ingredients
Round loaf of bread
1 LB frozen spinach, thawed
1/4cup-1/2 cup chopped green onions
1 pack onion soup mix
1 cup mayonaisse
3 5.3oz containers plain greek yogurt

Directions
1. Soak the spinach in warm water, drain, and squeeze out excess juice.

2. Mix the yogurt, soup mix, mayo, and green onion in a large bowl. Add the spinach little by little and stir, making sure the leaves don't clump together. Cover and refrigerate an hour or overnight.

3. Hollow out the bread round. I suggest leaving a 2 inch wall.

4. When you are ready to serve, spoon the dip into the bread bowl and serve! With the extra bread, place it in chunks around the bread bowl, along with Ritz or Club crackers, just in case.
